Hammy Report

It is Wednesday moring, my hamstring is feeling a lot better today, but I couldn't race on it for a day or so, I think I will miss the 3000 metres tomorrow and rest it up for 1500 friday, i will keep icing it and I may get a massage on it tomorrow.
